After a recruiter call, I moved into a technical screen where the conversation stayed pretty practical. The process then shifted into a take-home that I had to build in my own time, and it felt like the hardest part because it was real application work rather than a short puzzle. I remember having to be ready to explain my choices clearly.

A little later, I had a technical interview that started as a general conversation and then narrowed into my decisions behind the take-home. I was basically asked to walk through what I built and why, and it even turned into pitching it as if I were presenting to a client. The tone felt relaxed and conversational, and I wasn’t left wondering where I stood.

The first part of the process felt fine: I talked to a recruiter who was friendly, and I got feedback on what I’d done. After that, though, everything stalled. I went through initial conversations and interviews, but after the later steps the follow-up just never arrived.

At one point I was told a second interview invitation would be sent, but it never showed up. I sent a reminder and was promised a reschedule, and then nothing happened. In another moment, I was contacted after submitting through a platform and told I was keen to move forward—then later I was told there were no more positions available without useful feedback, just silence.
