I started with an online HireVue-style screening. It began with personal-information questions, pretty standard stuff, and then the interview shifted into a few prompts where I had to answer in the camera with my responses. Near the end, there was also a typed question to respond to directly.
The whole experience felt like a straightforward try-out rather than a deep technical assessment. The difficulty felt average to me overall, and there wasn’t anything that caught me completely off guard—more just the usual pressure of being recorded and having to respond on the spot.

After the recruiter stage, I ended up going through a couple of interviews that leaned more on teamwork and business-unit context than on pure technical drilling. The first major round was a group case: two groups were brought in with a panel, and it wasn’t just a one-direction presentation. We were allowed to ask questions of the other group too, so the whole thing turned into an interactive discussion while the panel observed.
Then I moved into a second round with the business unit side itself. That portion felt like a deeper conversation about how I’d fit with the work they actually do, and it also had a more direct evaluation vibe. One of the interview steps was conducted in English and that added a bit more pressure than the other conversations, but everything still felt within a reasonable range.
