My first round leaned into web development rather than pure algorithm problems. The interview was mostly about Django and React expertise, and it started with simple introductions before moving into the request-response cycle in Django. They also drilled into how to handle large CSV files, which made the discussion feel practical and systems-aware rather than just “tell me the framework.”

React came up mainly in terms of what benefits it provides and how I thought about using it, and the overall difficulty sat at an average level—challenging enough to require real familiarity, but not something that felt like a trap.
