My interview process followed a clear three-step structure, and it all felt fairly balanced between screening and deeper assessment. I started with a 15-minute pre-screen with the recruiter, then had a 30-minute technical interview with the manager, and finished with a 30-minute behavioral interview with the manager.
After the final interview, it took about a week for the recruiter to follow up. The overall pacing made it feel like each step was building toward a decision, rather than being a random set of conversations.
