My interview experience was dominated by Leadership Principles and the STAR method. The style of questioning was very much the “tell me a time when…” format, and the focus wasn’t on abstract plans or what I would do in theory—it was on stories with clear situations, actions, and measurable outcomes.
The process moved through a few structured rounds. I first met with HR for a phone screen, then I had a technical-style panel with two senior managers, and finally a behavioral round that stayed tightly aligned with Leadership Principles. The panel loop itself ran back-to-back across multiple interviewers, each pushing for examples from my past and sometimes drilling down based on what I said. The bar raiser was stricter than the others, but they were still fairly calm and respectful during the conversations.
