Difficult Neutral Toronto, ON

My online assessment felt relatively manageable, with LeetCode-style questions in the easy-to-mid range. The coding difficulty really jumped when I reached the coding round, which was a whiteboard session.

On the whiteboard, I had to design a linked-list sorting approach, and then I tackled a more difficult variant with restricted memory. Even though the earlier stage didn’t feel too bad, that limited-memory twist made the interview feel much harder than I expected. I didn’t get an offer, and overall the run-up-to-whiteboard contrast stuck with me.
