Difficult Neutral Dublin, Dublin

My process felt exhausting mostly because it stretched into a bunch of back-to-back sessions with a lot of live pressure. After the initial OA stage, I worked through multiple rounds that each lasted about an hour. The conversations blended technical and behavioral in a scenario-based way, with leadership-principle questions showing up repeatedly and technical questions pulling from networking, storage, and Linux.

Across the loop, I went through a mix of formats: an LLD-style programming component showed up as part of the loop, plus separate DSA coding and leadership-focused behavioral rounds. In total, it added up to five interviews, each around an hour, and the interviewers stayed consistent about pairing problem-solving with communication. Some rounds were explicitly leadership-principle scenarios, while the technical side leaned on practical systems topics like Linux-related reasoning rather than purely abstract coding.
