My process moved quickly and felt much easier than I expected. It started with a brief introduction, then a handful of behavioral questions, and the conversation shifted into a coding question that was straightforward DSA for me. After that, the interview ended without dragging on.

A couple weeks earlier, I’d also completed an online assessment and then moved into a single live interview round. That live round had both leadership-principle style behavioral questions and one coding problem, with the coding focused on BFS-style graph traversal. I remember the interview cadence being simple: explain my leadership story clearly, then work through the problem in a direct way.

My process started with a phone interview that felt fine—nothing that made me feel totally blindsided. Not long after, I had a video call with an engineering manager in the US, and that part also went fairly well.

What threw me off was the scheduling for the next step, a Loop-style set of calls. One of the interviews landed at noon, and the remaining four calls were spread out in the evening, from 6:00 PM to about 11:30 PM. It was awkward to manage the long stretch, especially since the interviewers were across the US, so the timing felt disconnected and draining.
