Average Neutral United States

I didn’t experience my interviews as overly hostile, and the overall pace felt manageable. After applying, I worked through an automated OA stage, and then I did a set of rounds that mixed straightforward coding with behavioral questions.

In the live interviews, the coding questions felt relatively approachable compared to the horror stories I’d heard—one focused on finding duplicates, and another was like Longest Common Prefix. I also had a lot of general behavioral conversation, and the technical discussion leaned into AI topics more than I expected, which made the process feel broader than just algorithms. Across the rounds, there wasn’t the same sense of “gotcha” difficulty; it felt like they wanted practical competence plus clear communication.

Easy Positive United Kingdom

I went through an OA and then had a technical phone interview afterward. After that call, I moved into scheduling for a final recruiter interview, but before that final step happened the job closed.

So the process ended abruptly—not because the interviews were complete—and it left me with the impression that timing mattered as much as performance in the way the pipeline moved.
