After I got into the process, I did a video interview where I had to record my answers to prompts ahead of time. Once that was done, the next stage was another virtual round that mixed behavioral questions with a case study as the main focus. The behavioral part felt like it was there to make sure I could communicate clearly and use my experience to explain past situations.
What stood out was how sales-specific the questions were. I remember getting asked how I learned about the position and then being pulled into scenarios that sounded like real buyer conversations, including prompts about pitching and dealing with conflicts with other employees or with customers. Even though the overall difficulty was described as average, I felt it was challenging—especially around handling the case work in a way that sounded structured instead of vague.

Average Positive Scranton, PA
My process moved quickly once it got going, and it started through a recruiter I met at a college career fair. After that initial connection, I completed a HireVue interview with baseline questions, and then I got a prompt follow-up call for an in-person interview with two current sales reps.
In my case, the early steps and the scheduling felt efficient, and the interviews were paced in a way that didn’t leave me hanging for long right after the recruiter stage. I still had to show that I could connect my background to the role, but the experience overall felt organized and straightforward.
