Average Positive Bengaluru

I went through a pretty structured sequence that felt like it was designed to filter step by step. After resume sorting, I took an assessment on HackerRank and then moved into two technical rounds that mixed moderate DSA-style questions with QA and automation-related problem solving. One of the later technical rounds also pushed automation concepts again, so it wasn’t just coding for coding’s sake.

Then came the leadership/manager-style and experience-based conversations. I had a discussion that leaned more toward how I handle testing work and how I think through situations from a delivery perspective. After that, there was an HR-facing part of the process, which wrapped up logistics and fit.

Average Negative Bangalore Rural

My experience started with an interview that felt mismanaged from a logistics standpoint. I joined and the interviewer repeatedly dropped from the call, came back intermittently, and spent long stretches muted even when I tried to engage. I still answered the questions thoroughly, but the feedback turned negative anyway, which honestly left me frustrated—because the bigger problem wasn’t my performance, it was how the interview was conducted.

The process itself was described to me as having a small number of rounds, with the technical and then a client-focused discussion and an HR conversation at the end for compensation topics. Even with that straightforward structure, the communication around what was happening during the live sessions felt unreliable, and the client interaction aspect also stood out as being poorly handled. There was also an HR process mismatch where documents like prior employment and background checks were collected before the interview sequence even started, which rubbed me the wrong way.
