Dopo una prima analisi del mio profilo, vengo contattato dall’HR e faccio una chiamata conoscitiva abbastanza orientata a raccogliere le informazioni principali. Mi fissano poi un colloquio con il business manager, ma purtroppo viene rimandato più volte, fino a saltare del tutto. Il clima generale che percepivo era leggero e più “di allineamento” che di verifica concreta: più che domande tecniche profonde, la sensazione era che volessero capire l’incastro con il profilo.

In un altro momento, il percorso che mi veniva descritto restava comunque molto lineare: prima una chiamata conoscitiva, poi un colloquio conoscitivo e solo in seguito un passaggio più tecnico. In quella fase iniziale mi sono trovato a parlare di background e disponibilità, anche con tempi piuttosto rapidi sul “raccontarti” e domande di contorno. Anche quando era presente una parte tecnica, la struttura restava focalizzata sull’adeguatezza generale e sull’allineamento sul ruolo, non su valutazioni molto approfondite.

Il processo che ho vissuto con Alten per Software Engineer era abbastanza strutturato: partiva con una chiamata conoscitiva e poi passava a un colloquio conoscitivo, seguito da una fase tecnica in cui cercavano di mettere alla prova le competenze. Nelle prime fasi la conversazione era centrata su di me come persona e sulle esperienze, anche con domande sul percorso universitario, sulle esperienze di tirocinio e tesi, e su cosa mi appassionava davvero.

Quando sono arrivato al tecnico, l’impostazione è diventata più concreta. Mi hanno posto domande tecniche e anche situazioni o casi per capire come avrei reagito in contesti di lavoro. In un colloquio mi fecero lavorare su un problema logico dentro un codebase in C++, e oltre alla parte “di ragionamento” volevano anche capire il modo in cui gestirei certi scenari, guardando al comportamento.
