Après m’être inscrit sur un site de recherche d’emploi, j’ai été contacté rapidement et le processus a enchaîné assez vite. J’ai eu deux entretiens sur une période d’environ deux semaines : l’un pour faire connaissance et l’autre plus orienté posture et adéquation. Le tout m’a semblé simple et chaleureux, et l’accent était surtout mis sur ma capacité à me présenter clairement, à avoir une attitude professionnelle et à rester ouvert.

Je me souviens aussi d’un vrai côté “support” dans le déroulé : les personnes étaient honnêtes, m’ont tenu informé tout au long, et la manière de mener les échanges m’a mis à l’aise. Je n’ai pas eu d’offre, mais j’en gardais l’impression d’un parcours facile à suivre, plutôt guidé et sans trop de friction.

Au départ, tout allait vite : j’ai été contacté par un recruteur via un message assez générique, puis j’ai eu un appel téléphonique où on m’a posé des questions assez basiques à partir de mon CV. Ensuite, on m’a demandé de remplir un dossier de compétence supplémentaire, et j’ai eu l’impression qu’il n’avait pas été vraiment lu avant l’échange. Le contact était plutôt “on aime votre profil”, puis plus rien.

Le point qui m’a vraiment marqué, c’était le manque de suite. J’ai relancé sans obtenir de réponse, et le temps s’est étiré : un an plus tard, on m’a recontacté en me disant qu’ils étaient “en train de chercher un client” pour moi. J’étais franchement surpris par cette inertie, d’autant plus que les échanges donnait l’impression que tout avançait.
