Dopo che hanno analizzato il mio profilo tramite Almalaurea, mi ha contattato l’HR e ho fatto una chiamata conoscitiva in cui mi hanno spiegato le informazioni principali. Poi è stato organizzato un colloquio con il responsabile di business, ma quando si è arrivati al momento dell’incontro, è stato rimandato quattro volte per impegni e alla fine non l’ho mai fatto.

Nel complesso l’impressione che ho avuto era che il percorso fosse abbastanza semplice e più che altro burocratico: volevano capire se “c’entravo” con il profilo, senza entrare in domande tecniche davvero profonde per valutare in modo sostanziale l’idoneità al lavoro.

Il mio processo è stato abbastanza lineare: prima una chiamata conoscitiva con il recruiter, poi un colloquio con il business manager e infine un colloquio tecnico. In queste prime fasi l’obiettivo era conoscermi davvero come persona, capire l’esperienza e le competenze, e farmi domande più sul percorso e sulle aspettative.

Dopo la parte con l’HR e quella con il responsabile, nella fase tecnica mi hanno messo alla prova sulle competenze. Il formato complessivo mi è sembrato “classico”: si parte con il fit e l’inquadramento, poi si passa alle verifiche tecniche. È stato complessivamente fluido, anche se a me la sensazione è rimasta un po’ ambivalente sul perimetro della posizione, perché sembrava includere tante responsabilità mentre la compensazione non mi è sembrata in linea con la portata del ruolo.
