Je me suis fait démarcher après m’être inscrit sur un site de recherche d’emploi, et j’ai trouvé le processus étonnamment rapide. En l’espace d’environ deux semaines, j’avais deux entretiens, avec une approche plutôt simple et directe. L’idée était surtout de bien me présenter et d’adopter une posture professionnelle et avenante.

Je me souviens aussi que j’ai eu un bon feeling dès le début : les personnes en face étaient sympathiques, plutôt fluides dans leurs échanges, et honnêtes sur le déroulé. On m’a tenu informé tout au long du processus, et on m’a même accompagné pendant les étapes des entretiens. Au final, je n’ai pas reçu d’offre, mais le parcours m’a laissé l’impression d’un recrutement humain et bien cadré, sans prise de tête.

J’ai vécu un parcours assez impersonnel, avec une difficulté surtout liée au manque de considération et de coordination. J’avais été contacté via un message générique, puis j’ai eu un appel téléphonique où on m’a posé des questions assez basiques, en restant sur des éléments de mon CV. On m’a ensuite demandé de remplir un “dossier” de compétences supplémentaire, et j’ai eu l’impression qu’il n’avait pas été lu avant l’entretien.

Après ça, on m’a donné le message habituel “on aime votre profil, on vous recontacte”, puis plus rien. J’ai relancé, mais sans résultat. Dans une autre étape de ma recherche, j’ai eu le même type de frustration : après un entretien qui m’avait pourtant semblé positif et dynamique, j’ai été ghosté. Et au milieu de tout ça, un événement m’a encore plus refroidi : le jour du second entretien, les personnes n’avaient pas communiqué entre elles, et le recruteur ne s’est pas présenté.
