Average Neutral Boulogne-Billancourt

Communication & Follow-Up

Many candidates reported poor communication and follow-up after interviews, often feeling left in the dark regarding their application status. This lack of timely feedback contributed to a negative overall impression of the recruitment process.

Administrative Requirements

Candidates are often required to complete administrative tasks, such as filling out competency documents, which may not be reviewed before interviews. This can create a sense of disconnect between the application process and the actual interviews.
