I started with a computer-based aptitude test. I remember thinking it was straightforward enough to get into a groove, and the whole thing felt like the first real filter. After that, only the candidates who cleared the test moved on, and I was called into a group discussion round.
The group discussion was followed by more shortlisting, and the next step was a technical interview. The format stayed fairly structured: after the recruiter-style stage(s) and the technical evaluation, there was a final HR manager one-on-one to decide whether I would be selected. Overall, the process felt organized and predictable, with the biggest pressure concentrated around the aptitude + discussion + technical sequence. I ended up getting an offer, and what struck me most was how clearly each stage gated the next rather than letting things feel ambiguous.

Difficult Positive Mysore
My process moved fast once I cleared the first technical screening. The initial technical test was a key hurdle—enough people passed that the shortlist got extremely large, and then I was pulled into an in-person group discussion. The group discussion topic focused on online versus traditional educational systems, and even though it was a group setting, it felt like they were watching how I reasoned and communicated.
After the group discussion, I went into a technical interview that ran about half an hour. I started by talking through my projects, then the interviewer asked basics connected directly to the topics I had already mentioned. The questions weren’t just random theory; they were tied back to my stated experience. The interviewer came across as supportive and positive, which helped keep the energy constructive. When I cleared that round, I moved to an HR interview that was shorter—around twenty minutes—where the conversation centered on me: basic background, interests, and whether relocation would work.
