After a recruiter conversation, I went into a fairly straightforward first interview. It mostly leaned on behavioral questions—questions about me, how I’d handle everyday workplace situations, and how I’d react in different interaction scenarios. There were only a couple technical questions mixed in, and they didn’t dominate the experience.
The whole thing felt easy to navigate. I left feeling like I’d interviewed well and that the interviewers understood my fit for the environment they were describing. Even so, I didn’t end up hearing back after that stage. I reached out, but there wasn’t any clear follow-up about whether I was given an offer or not, so the process ended more quietly than I expected.
