My journey started normally with a recruiter and then moved into multiple interviews where the vibe stayed focused on fit and communication. After the initial recruiter conversation, I had back-to-back meetings with team members, each one with a different interviewer. Across those conversations, the questions leaned heavily behavioral and tied directly to how my experience matched the role, with a pretty relaxed tone.

The behavioral questions felt practical—things like describing challenges I’d faced and how I worked in team versus more independent settings. One part of the process that stood out was how quickly the schedule came together: after the recruiter screening, I ended up with multiple interviews set up right after, and the total interview time for that stage was manageable. In another stretch of the process, I also experienced the typical “wait a couple weeks to hear if you move on” rhythm, which made the timeline feel a little uncertain even when the conversations went well.
