Easy Positive United States

My process felt unusually smooth and low-drama. A recruiter streamlined things for me and arranged a phone screen followed by a group onsite interview in the Raleigh area. Across the communication, everyone I spoke with seemed cooperative, and the scheduling felt coordinated rather than chaotic.

Even when there were multiple touchpoints, the structure stayed straightforward: an initial recruiter conversation, then a manager phone interview, then additional internal interviews that quickly moved through the role fit. At one point I met several staff members, and the conversations were generally about previous experience and how my background mapped to healthcare-related work. There was also at least one phase where employment checks and background verification happened, plus an onboarding/orientation workflow after the decision.

Average Positive Raleigh, NC

I applied online and it took a while before things got moving, but once they did, it was a deliberate sequence. First, I had a recruiter call focused on straightforward questions that basically confirmed what I’d put on my application. Then I joined a phone conversation with a small group of interviewers that lasted about an hour, where we covered standard background and they also gave me room to ask questions. After that, there was a video chat with the same group.

The standout part was a training exercise tied to the role. They asked me to present training in a fun activity format and kept it time-limited, with the point being that I wouldn’t skip steps or jump around in a way that would confuse learners. Even the delivery details mattered: they wanted comprehensive pacing and structure.
