My experience leaned heavily behavioral. Most of the interview time was spent discussing my resume and past experiences, and it didn’t feel like there was a sudden “gotcha” moment where I had to solve something on the spot. The questions stayed conversational, and the pressure level was genuinely low.

The interview also included discussion about the company’s mission and what the work would look like, and we tied that back to my background. There was a relaxed focus on career development rather than strict grilling, and I felt like the interviewers were more interested in how I’d think and operate than in one specific technical detail.

My process followed a straightforward, step-by-step structure. First there was an online test, and if I cleared that, I moved into a technical interview. Once I passed the technical stage, there was an HR interview.

After clearing all rounds, they said an offer would be given. Even though my experience didn’t end in an offer, the sequence itself was clear, and it was easy to understand what came next at each stage.
