That on-site day included interviews with multiple teams plus a presentation, so it wasn’t just a technical sweep; it also looked at how I communicated.
Even though the schedule was busy, the process felt transparent. People were considerate about how they structured the day, and I appreciated that the pathway from initial rounds to on-site was clear. I also had a manager interview stage before the case study, so the context felt anchored in my background.
