My process stretched across four interviews and felt on the longer side, with a heavy, extended case study attached to it. After I got through the earlier stages, the last interview was the team portion after passing a regional manager interview.
That final round felt genuinely unpleasant. While I introduced myself, one team member kept standing up, talking in the background and looking at a phone. Then the questioning turned into pushback on my prior experience, and the overall vibe shifted from constructive to uncomfortable pretty quickly.

Easy Positive Dubai
My interview journey felt mostly organized and fairly smooth, and it started with recruiter outreach and clear conversations about the role. Early rounds were friendly and approachable, and the questions stayed tightly aligned with what the job actually needed. I also got a sense of how success was defined and what the culture expected from someone in the role.
As I moved forward, there were more structured conversations that included hiring managers and people from the team, and the process gradually became more specific about expectations. At times the timeline stretched across weeks without always feeling totally defined—there were also moments where I was left waiting for follow-up—but overall the people I spoke with were engaged, and I was provided feedback along the way.
