My journey started with being referred, and the recruiter process moved fast after that—HR called about two weeks later and the interviews got scheduled within the next couple of days. One odd detail that stood out was the very late timeslot they asked for, around 8:30 in the evening. The scheduling context made me think the interviewer might be based outside the region I was in, and I confirmed that assumption when the call finally happened.
The actual interview went well and I left feeling positive about the feedback. I could tell the conversation was productive, and later communication suggested the results were in a good place. Still, after that, I didn’t hear back in any clear timeline. I followed up more than once, and I was told that feedback wasn’t coming from the recruiter side.

I got pulled into an offline interview process for a Java full-stack role in Bengaluru as part of their setup of a GCC there. The overall flow felt pretty direct: I had about a month-long process with two technical rounds and then an HR round. The interviews centered a lot on how I’d think through real project work—architecture discussions, the trade-offs behind design decisions, and how I’d explain what I built and why I chose the stack I did.
One of the technical conversations also went into some Java fundamentals, including how the JVM handles memory, plus topics like immutability. There was also a coding question during the process, with follow-up based on how I approached the problem rather than just the final answer. The tone of the rounds felt focused and practical, and even though the setup context (GCC being built out) added some uncertainty around timing, it didn’t feel chaotic day-of.
