I went through a pretty structured, competency-style process that felt very organized from the start. After a recruiter step, I ended up with a written aptitude/technical test. That was followed by a group discussion meant to read how I communicated and how I worked with other people.
After that, there were two structured interview rounds. The focus was a mix of skills and technical problem-solving, plus attitude and overall fit with how the company works. The whole experience leaned into collaboration and cultural alignment, and it didn’t feel like a random set of questions—it was clearly trying to map me to competencies they cared about.

Average Negative Warsaw, Masovia
My experience felt really off compared to what I expected for a software engineering role. The questions leaned heavily toward theory instead of discussing my past projects, how I approached solutions, or the kind of practical work I’d done.
For a senior-oriented discussion, I expected them to engage with my experience and the tradeoffs behind decisions I’d made, but it didn’t come up the way I thought it would. Instead, it turned into something that felt like they were looking for conceptual answers.
