I went through an assessment-heavy path where the later rounds clearly shifted from coding toward probability depth. After passing the earlier online steps, I hit a technical screen that focused on probability and statistics and felt genuinely hard—hard enough that it reminded me of the tougher Greenbook-style questions people mention for quant research.
Once I got farther, the final interviews leaned almost entirely into probability. My last stage included a set of difficult probability questions packed into an hour, and when I finished that, they actually asked for another final round that was also timed—again centered on probability, this time just one question but still over a full hour.

I went through a multi-round process that ended with an in-office final step. Up to that point, the early stages felt like a sequence of online hurdles that filtered people quickly, and once I finally got to the last round, the environment felt supportive—everyone I met in person was nice and made it easier to focus.
As for the technical side, probability and math showed up repeatedly. In the later parts, it even felt like I was asked more direct probability questions that connected back to classic quant “greenbook”-type reasoning. Earlier rounds also included coding, but by the time I was sitting across from people in the final stage, the emphasis had clearly tightened around quantitative reasoning.
