I started with an in-person first round at their Noida office, and from the moment I walked in it felt off—everyone around me came across as very unprofessional. After that, the HR side went silent for about two weeks. When communication finally resumed, the HR person said she remembered me and tried to get me into an HRBP round the same day.
I told her I already had an interview scheduled in Gurgaon that day, and she basically instructed me to finish that one and then come straight to their Gurgaon office for the HR round. The idea sounded chaotic to me, so I politely declined. A week later the HRBP interview was scheduled online, and I went through it. After that, I didn’t get any further updates from the recruiter, which left the whole process feeling strangely unfinished. Overall it didn’t match the effort I put in, and the main reflection I had was that coordination and follow-through mattered more than the interview itself.

Average Positive India
My process felt surprisingly well managed from the beginning. After the first day of contact, the scheduling and communication stayed consistent, and the panelists seemed to respect everyone’s time. The overall flow was smooth enough that I didn’t feel like I was chasing updates, and the process ended with timely feedback soon after the interviews.
What stood out was how clearly they aligned what they were looking for with how I presented myself. I first got questions that helped them understand my background and capabilities, including basic details like education and work experience. Then the conversation shifted toward the more sales-relevant parts of the role—things like sales skills, leadership ability, market knowledge, and how I’d approach problems. There was also a personality fit angle throughout the way they spoke, like they were checking whether my working style matched what the job demanded.
