My interview path followed a very traditional, orderly structure. I started with an HR pre-screening call, then I had a more detailed 45-minute interview with an HR representative. After that, I went into a technical interview led by the hiring manager.

What stood out was how the steps felt timed and planned rather than chaotic. The HR portion focused on my background and motivations, while the manager-led session moved into technical questions tied to the role, with an overall tone that felt focused on confirming I’d be a good fit for the business philosophy. When I compared my profile to what they initially thought the role needed, I felt like they were open to adjusting the direction—more interested in how I could contribute than strictly forcing me into the first mold.
