I started with an online application and CV screening, then I moved into online tests that covered numerical, verbal, and an SJT-style component. After that came a video interview, which felt like a more structured conversation than the earlier screening.
Roughly a week later, the process ramped up with an assessment centre. That round combined competency questions, a group exercise, and then a more technical discussion. It struck me as a lot of different formats back-to-back, and it took quite a bit of coordination on my side.

Easy Negative Bengaluru
My process began with a proctored online screening where I was asked a coding question, but instead of writing code, I had to answer verbally. It was a strange format because the evaluation felt tied to how I explained my thinking rather than what I produced on the screen.
For the next rounds, I went in person to the Airbus office. The second and third rounds were comparatively light: they focused on what projects I had worked on, what I knew about Skywise and Airbus, and there were also behavioral questions. My last in-person round shifted toward AI, with questions linked to current trending topics in the space.
