Average Positive London, England

I started with a resume screen and then moved into a HireVue-style interview, followed by a few more rounds. The whole loop felt relatively quick, and the difficulty landed in the average range for me overall. I mainly noticed that the conversations leaned heavily on behavioral questions, even when there was a technical component.

After that initial stage, I went into live interviews with my direct manager and teammates, and later with higher-level leadership focused more on the business side. Across those rounds, the manager-led discussions centered on skills and responsibilities, while the higher-level conversation was framed around how the business operates. The technical portion wasn’t described as brutal, but it did require clear reasoning and getting through scenario-style questions.

Average Negative Ireland

I had a more frustrating experience overall. It started with a recruiter reaching out to invite me to an in-person interview, and before the conversations began I was given an assessment. After that, I sat down for a shorter discussion with two team members.

They told me I’d hear back within a couple of days, so I waited with that timeframe in mind. Instead, I never received any follow-up, and I was effectively left hanging without a response. Even when I tried to stay optimistic, the silence made it hard to feel like I was still in consideration.
