After my recruiter screen, the process moved pretty quickly into a structured run of interviews. I talked through responsibilities and how I’d approach the work, first with a direct manager and a coworker, and then with the leadership layer who focused more on the business side of what AIG was trying to accomplish. Even when the questions weren’t “gotcha” hard, they kept pushing for specificity—how I’d handle scenarios and how my background fit the team.
