Average Positive Bangkok

After I applied, I was sent an Alooba-style assessment to complete. It focused on analytical thinking: interpreting charts, testing statistics knowledge, and working with basic SQL and logic. I remember it feeling pretty time-bound, and the main thing they seemed to care about was keeping my answers accurate while managing the clock.

Once I cleared that, I went into a recruiter screening and then multiple technical interviews. The technical rounds leaned hard toward problem-solving and business thinking rather than memorizing facts. I ran into a mix of SQL questions and case-style prompts—things like analyzing conversion drops or campaign performance—where the expectation was to explain how I structured my approach, not just what final conclusion I landed on.

Difficult Positive Thailand

My process felt organized and professional, but it dragged on. It started with an Alooba assessment focused on data analyst skills—statistics, SQL, and A/B testing came up, along with descriptive stats and Excel. I also had to do a timed component where I recorded a short speech based on prompts.

After that, I moved into rounds that tested different parts of my thinking. I had a couple of stages with a mix of analytics and scenario-style problem solving, and the structure stayed consistent enough that I always knew what the next step was supposed to measure. Even so, the whole thing ended up taking almost a month, which made it feel more exhausting than I expected.
