After a short recruiter call, I moved into a structured set of interviews over the following stages. The recruiter conversation was quick and then I got scheduled for time with a manager for both technical and behavioral portions. In the technical interview, I was taken through a fairly role-focused discussion and then we moved into deeper questions that built from my background and past projects.

Across the manager-led parts, the experience felt fairly “middle of the road” in difficulty overall, but I noticed a strong emphasis on very specific technical fit. I talked through my CV in detail, expanding on past work and achievements, and the questions stayed tightly connected to the role requirements. In the technical deep dive, topics like digital hardware fundamentals and verification-adjacent scripting showed up alongside conversations about power and clocking ideas such as power optimization and clock gating.
