I started with a video interview where I answered questions with multiple chances to record, then followed it up with a skills assessment. After that, I was scheduled for interviews with a manager and hiring manager, and I was told I’d hear back by the end of the week.

Instead, it took an entire month. When the email finally came, it said they moved forward with someone else, which felt frustrating because I’d already been told to expect faster feedback. A separate part of the experience reinforced the same theme: I was told an assessment was passed and expected next steps within a few days, but nothing arrived, and my application status stayed stuck in progress. When I called the help line, I kept getting the same basic instruction to watch my email.

My process felt straightforward from the start. I began with an online assessment, which included a single Python coding question plus a larger set of aptitude-style multiple-choice questions focused on logical reasoning. After that, I moved into interviews that were comparatively low pressure.

Then I talked with a recruiter first, followed by a conversation with a VP. The flow stayed easy and smooth, and everyone was friendly. In the in-person stage, the discussions leaned conversational—mostly about my background and a general sense of how I’d approach the role.
