Average Positive Noida

I ended up going through four rounds for Adobe, with the schedule split into two back-to-back interviews and then two more happening after a day. The whole run felt like it was trying to stress-test both my algorithm fundamentals and my JavaScript depth.

In the first round, I had two DSA questions: one was about longest repeating substring and the other involved backtracking. I solved both, so it led me into the next session. The second round was completely JavaScript focused. I was grilled on core JS concepts and then asked to write a small piece of code that fetched details from an API and added throttling. In the second question, I took a hint from the interviewer and managed to solve it and cover most of the JS questions they asked.

Average Neutral United States

I went through an early technical screen and then a timed technical assessment that was split between backend and frontend. It all happened within a 90-minute window, and I failed the assessment.

The backend portion was a Node.js problem, and the frontend part was React. I realized during the backend question that I didn’t have much experience with vanilla Node, and that gap showed immediately—my solution didn’t land the way it should have. The frontend side felt very different in kind, and the combination meant I couldn’t recover once the backend started going off track.
