After a standard recruiter call, I had an HR interview focused mostly on presenting the company, describing the kind of missions they work on, and going over my fit for the role. The conversation stayed fairly light: we covered my background, my availability, and what I expected, and they also touched on how work would be organized and the type of title of residence they usually deal with for foreign hires.
The interview process started with a chat with the recruiter where I talked about my work experience.
