After a recruiter call, I got scheduled for a technical interview where I was dealing with technical issues while trying to join over Zoom. They actually paused and waited about ten minutes while I worked through the problem so I could start properly.
Once I was connected, the conversation stayed fairly straightforward and technical questions were the main focus. The flow felt clear and sequential: first HR, then a manager interview, and finally an assessment meant to evaluate capability. Overall it felt smooth, and the main surprise was how patient they were when my connection failed right at the start.
