Average Positive Austin, TX

My interview experience started with two rounds of interviews plus some online assessment testing. Both interview rounds felt straightforward, and the overall process was positive. The recruiters were friendly and respectful, and they seemed genuinely interested in bringing in new talent.

There wasn’t much drama in the steps, and it never felt like I was being tested in a way designed to trip me up. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself felt well-run and welcoming.

The process moved in a chain. I started with an initial phone screening, then had to complete a personality/logic test. After I passed, I was routed into another set of phone interviews with managers—if those went well, I was sent to yet another phone interview.

Finally, if all of that worked out, I came in onsite where I had to retake the test again and then interview with multiple people, at least two others. The progression made the process feel methodical, but also a bit repetitive because of the repeated testing and multiple manager conversations.
