Difficult Negative Pune

My process was all-rounds-complete, no follow-through. After HR and a recruiter touchpoint, I ended up doing multiple technical rounds, including a final round that I finished fully. Everything went up to that point, but then the silence hit—no call, no email updates, just a total stop.

What made it especially frustrating was that I could see they’d been actively coordinating earlier, so the lack of closure felt avoidable. When I finally emailed, I was met with either no response or a vague “not moving forward” message instead of any real debrief.

Easy Positive Hyderābād

My experience started with an online selection that felt structured and somewhat standardized. I went through multiple short rounds: a general aptitude section with multiple-choice questions, and a separate coding-oriented MCQ where a line of code had a blank that I had to fill in.

From there, the process expanded into group discussion and then moved into technical rounds and HR interactions. Depending on the day, it also included a face-to-face technical/HR stage, plus a programming round where I had to write something in a programming language. Overall, it felt like a long checklist of steps rather than a single deep conversation, but it ended up being completed quickly on the schedule I was given.
