Average Neutral Pune

My recruitment process was basically online coding assessment first, and then I went into a Technical plus HR interview. During the technical discussion, the focus landed on a pretty broad Java and web stack: core Java and Spring Boot, SQL, JavaScript, React, Git, and SDLC. They also dug into the projects from my resume pretty deeply, and along the way there were a few HR-style and scenario-based questions.

The experience itself felt smooth and the difficulty came across as moderate. I didn’t get any follow-up afterward, though—once the interview ended, I had no updates or feedback on how things turned out. That silence was what stayed with me most, because the technical rounds had felt thoughtful and then the process just went quiet.

Difficult Neutral India

My first technical round focused heavily on fundamentals and core concepts rather than tricky advanced scenarios. The process felt smooth and well-structured, and the questioning stayed grounded in basic technical knowledge.

The technical exam itself covered topics like Java and problem-solving, alongside things like SQL and algorithms. The style was very concept-oriented—OOP and basic programming building blocks came up, including lists and even details like args/kwargs. In my case, there wasn’t live coding; I mostly answered questions directly and talked through how my experience connected to those fundamentals.
