My interviews were set up with a direct team, and it felt like a mix of personal and technical questions. Each interviewer challenged me on my expertise and how I’d handle specific tasks, and the themes kept coming back to how I worked through consulting-style scenarios. The format was very interview-by-interview: people asking questions based on my background and then drilling into how I’d approach the work.
Even with that structure, the second interview round felt odd and a bit repetitive compared to the first—lots of generic questions that echoed what I’d already answered. Language fluency also became a distraction for me; the interviewer didn’t seem fully comfortable carrying the conversation in English, which made the whole round feel less productive.

Average Neutral Noida
I went into the interviews expecting something fairly straightforward, and for entry-level it ended up feeling that way overall. The conversations were heavy on behavioral approach—how I thought about situations and how I’d work within a consulting setting—while the technical questions that showed up were more general than deep. The interviewers came across as knowledgeable and engaged.
At the same time, my experience didn’t feel uniformly easy. One interviewer started with questions that seemed relatively simple, but the tone shifted as the discussion went on and the questions became more probing. By the end, it felt like they were “grilling,” even though the earlier parts didn’t prepare me for how tight the scrutiny would get.
