My process started with a quick recruiter-style chat where the tone felt welcoming right away. I ended up talking about my background and what I’d been doing, and the interviewer also made space for personal conversation—honestly, it helped settle my nerves. A little later, I had a technical discussion that stayed pretty light and straightforward, with questions tied to what I’d listed on my resume and the projects I’d worked on so far.

From there, the loop moved into a more traditional structure: there was a behavioral round alongside the tech conversation, and it stayed focused on how I worked, how I handled pressure and workload, and how I fit the role. I remember that the interviewers laid out expectations and objectives and asked follow-ups that felt like they were trying to understand my approach, not just my answers. Overall it felt like a respectful, organized process, even when I was nervous at the beginning.

My interview followed a pretty clear pattern: I started with OS and Python–based questions, then shifted into common data-structure practice. I was asked an easy hash map problem and then something like a sorted array task. After that, the flow moved into behavioral questions.

What stood out was how consistent the structure was—the same general format showed up again during a client interview round, and I felt the process was paced like that on purpose. Near the end, there was also a compensation discussion.
