After a recruiter call, I went through a fairly clean, clearly explained sequence: a hiring manager screen, then a technical round, and eventually a virtual onsite. What stood out immediately was how much the process leaned into real work and “how you use the tools” rather than classic leetcode-style problems. The recruiter had been upfront about the steps, and things moved with good pacing between rounds.
In the hiring manager portion, the conversation centered on my past experience and what I’d learned from it. I also felt they were genuinely interested in how I approached delivery with AI in the loop, because across the technical parts and the onsite I was able to use AI tools while solving and discussing the work. The interviewers were responsive and accommodating around scheduling, which helped the whole thing feel less stressful than I expected.
