The whole thing felt smooth, and the hiring manager had a laid-back way of running the conversation—also spending time explaining the company and the culture instead of keeping things strictly transactional.
I walked out feeling like I understood what they cared about and how they worked day to day. The experience overall matched that “comfortable and organized” vibe, and I didn’t get the sense that the process was trying to trip me up—just to see if I fit.
