My experience with the hiring process felt completely chaotic. After applying, I was screened and cleared the first technical round, and then I was asked to submit documents for scheduling the second round. I sent everything right away, but then I got ghosted for weeks before receiving a sudden rejection with no explanation.
After a recruiter-style start, my process moved into a clean sequence of rounds that felt mostly average in difficulty. I had three rounds overall: first an HR screening, then a live technical round, and the final round was management-related. On top of that, there was also a client technical discussion, and it was still live and technical rather than just a high-level chat.
