Difficult Positive Hyderābād

My interview journey followed a pretty classic sequence: two technical-style rounds, then a manager round, and finally an HR touchpoint. In the first technical discussion, they focused on my core skills and what I could actually do—enough fundamentals to gauge whether my background matched the role.

The second round felt more advanced and realistic. I ended up talking with someone closer to a client setting and they pushed into deeper technical territory, not just buzzword questions. We covered how I think about real scenarios, and it stayed tightly connected to software development rather than unrelated theory.

Difficult Positive Rangoon

My process started with an IQ test before I even met the hiring team. After that, I met with a manager and HR, and then I moved into a salary negotiation session. The overall structure was only a couple main steps for me compared with other multi-stage processes I’d heard of.

The part that really got under my skin was how the manager handled the first discussion. There was a “stress test” approach that felt closer to an insult than an evaluation, especially coming early in the process. Even with that, I kept going and still saw it through.
