I started with a short recruiter call to get acquainted, and the vibe was pretty low-pressure at first. The interview questions were mostly about my background rather than deep technical digging. I answered in Spanish first, then switched to English for the rest of the conversation.
After that, the focus shifted toward the core areas I’d worked with—my trajectory, the projects I’d done, and how comfortable I was with algorithms and data structures. There was also a light touch on JavaScript, more about familiarity than a coding grind. Overall it felt straightforward and manageable, and it ended without an offer.

Difficult Positive Guadalajara, Jalisco
My process moved quickly but felt fairly “structured.” It started with a recruiter conversation where they tried to form a clear picture of me, then I had time with the manager and the technical lead as part of the same overall flow. After those early discussions, I went through hard-skill and soft-skill evaluations tied to the role.
The scheduling was tight enough that the whole thing took about a week end to end, and I ended up speaking with multiple people across the soft and technical side. The last part also included the business side: salary discussion and agreeing on a start date. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience felt focused and fairly intense for the duration.
