My interview experience leaned almost entirely behavioral. I did a short virtual screen where I was asked the usual starting questions like telling my story and explaining why I wanted the company, then we reviewed my resume. There were no coding questions and no technical deep dives—just a conversation style format with friendly interviewers who kept it comfortable.
In the loop, it still moved quickly to a decision point: after one main round (or a very small set of rounds), I either received a straightforward rejection or, at most, a quick update with limited context. When I got feedback, it was more about fit and expectations than a technical performance issue, and in one case the process ended abruptly with a rejection email even though the call had gone well. Honestly, that mix of a low-technical interview with a fast “not moving forward” left me feeling a little unsettled—like I hadn’t learned enough about where I stood. I didn’t get an offer, but I can say the tone was generally pleasant, which made the outcome feel sharper.
