San Francisco, CAPosted Dec 2012 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process was unusually quick because I went through an internal referral.

I got an onsite interview directly without going through a long sequence of rounds, and I had multiple interviews in the same day.

What surprised me was how fast it moved: I was told the same evening that they wanted to hire me, and then I received the offer within two days. It felt like one of the fastest processes I’d seen—efficient scheduling and a clear decision.

Even though I didn’t end up with an offer in the record I saw, the overall experience was that instant, confident momentum and a fast path to a hiring decision.
