Foster City, CAPosted Feb 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process kicked off with a series of interviews where the people I spoke with were genuinely pleasant.

I remember feeling more comfortable than I expected during the calibration-team discussions, and the overall tone was friendly and thoughtful.

The technical part was challenging enough that it stuck with me, especially the coding experience leading up to the later stages. After making it through the full set of conversations, I eventually received an offer. What surprised me most was how much the combination of good communication and a solid, real calibration mindset mattered to the experience—by the end, I was glad I stuck with it.
